Accommodations, Furnishings, and Layout
Grand Banks Eastbay 43 SX #100 Entering the salon to port there is a 3 cushion bench seat with storage under. To starboard are 2 Grand Banks teak arm chairs flanking an entertainment cabinet with electric TV lift. Forward to starboard is a Stidd Helm Chair and to port a built-in teak companion seat with storage below. Stidd Helm Chair has blue leather surface while all other seating has blue ultra suede. Down four steps, the galley is to port with double sink, Force 10 propane cook-top, convection oven/microwave, and Norcold under-counter refrigerator / freezer plus storage above and below finished with Corian counters. To starboard Is a U shaped dinette and table which converts to a berth. /AM/FM/XM radio and CD/DVD and 3 zone speaker controls are in teak cabinet outboard of dinette.
The head compartment is forward of the galley on the port side through a sliding teak door. This compartment has a sink, vanity, Corion counter, storage above and below counter and in cabinet on aft wall, Vacuflush head, and holding tank monitoring gauge. The shower is to Starboard through a teak door. This compartment has a shower with tiled floor and Ghrohe fixtures. A storage cabinet is on outboard wall.
The master stateroom is forward through a teak door. The compartment has a walk around island queen berth and good storage with a hanging locker, many drawers and cabinets, and a large locker with pull-out sliding shelves. Stateroom, shower, head and salon have opening ceiling hatches with retractable screen/sunshades plus opening windows and portlights.
